You are right, our hotel is showing it's age, and that is why we are so excited for our renovation to be completed. We appreciate you so much for being a platinum member and will use your feedback towards our continued improvement and will keep working hard inform our guests of our renovations. We also have signs posted along with posters showing our upcoming improvements. It is our practice to provide each guest with a letter upon their arrival along with verbally explaining our renovations. I apologize that you were not told about our renovation at check in. We have shared your feedback with the appropriate hotel team to ensure that this was an isolated issue that is corrected moving forward.
